At the end of our Scale Session, if you find value in our expertise and have questions about our services, we’re happy to walk you through the Rapid Growth Workshop and answer any questions you may have.
Rapid Growth Workshop attendees will need to spend a total of 22 hours on the strategic plan. The decision maker will need to invest 24 hours, as they have two isolated calls with us that no one else on the leadership team attends.
Your senior leadership team should attend the Rapid Growth Workshop. For most clients, we see a head of programs, fundraising, marketing, people / human resources, technology, finance, chief of staff, and a chief executive attend. The ideal number of attendees is between 4 - 8 people.
Board attendance is not required, but is useful if you want your board of directors to hear what goes into the decisions you make. It can also be useful if you anticipate needing the board to approve any future investment in your growth.
Yes. The Rapid Growth Workshop can be delivered remotely or in person.
You bet! It’ll be specifically designed to take action. It’s not a 50-page report filled with fluff. It’s a clear, concise plan that documents your strategy and specific steps to achieve growth.
